Is the pre-order binding in any way?
No – it is completely non-binding. You are under no obligation.
What happens when I sign up for the pre-order?
Your selected SUNLIGHT IBEX partner will receive your request and contact you personally to discuss the current status and the next steps.
When will I be contacted?
Contact will be made by phone – the exact timing of the in-person consultation appointment depends on when all final information becomes available
Why does the consultation take place later?
Prices, specifications, and delivery times are still being finalised. The consultation is scheduled deliberately so that you can plan directly with concrete information.
When will the final details be available?
All final information is expected from July 2026 onwards. From that point, detailed consultations will begin.
What do I gain from pre-ordering?
You are registered early with your dealer and receive updates as well as access to all new information as soon as it becomes available.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
